Ambassador Wilcox served 31 distinguished years as a U.S. diplomat, many of then related to Israel, Palestine, and the Middle East. Ambassador Wilcox was head of the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem, Director for Israeli and Arab-Israeli Affairs and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Middle Eastern Affairs, and Ambassador at Large and Coordinator for Counter Terrorism.
