Meretz USA Executive Director, Ron Skolnik, will be speaking at the Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation, in Reston, VA on Thursday, May 12, 8:00 p.m as part of the NVHC's Speaker Series.

The topic of his talk will be "DOMESTIC ISSUES CONFRONTING ISRAEL AND ITS DEMOCRACY".

Israel's domestic problems and the response to them are often played out on the world stage and frequently affect Jews living in the Diaspora. Ron Skolnik will describe some of these issues and how they speak to Israel's survival as a democracy and as a Jewish state. .
